Bloated Stomach

"The patient is male, 60, white, he is doing antique architecture business, has history of over-anxiety and addict to wine -Whisky & Vodka, 2-3 cups a day. He did not want to quit his wine drinking. He has fatted liver which shows by the ultrasound he took before. His abdominal bloated as soccer sits inside his stomach. The blood test took in end of April, 2011shows the figure on his liver profile was normal.
The second main complain is he has the severe psoriasis on his elbows, arms, body, legs, coccyx and scalp area.
